All 21st Century Teacher Pty Ltd employees should avoid offending, participating in serious disputes and disrupting any schools while on a placement. We do not tolerate any kind of discriminatory behaviour, harassment or victimisation. We also expect all 21st Century Teachers Pty Ltd employees to foster a well organised, respectful and collaborative learning environment. (Much more will be discussed in the induction process and noted in the 'Employee Handbook' for all of the points discussed above and below.

We also want our Casual Relief Teachers to be vigilant and aware of any signs they believe are a concern for a child’s safety and express your concerns to a member of the school’s leadership team and also inform 21st Century Teachers Pty Ltd.
21st Century Teachers Pty Ltd will have strict vetting processes in place that will be carried out for each and every candidate for acceptance in our agency.
As an employee, you confirm that you will maintain your current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration while employed as a Casual Relief Teacher or hold a current Employee Working with Children checks (WWCC) as an Education Support Officer while employed in education services with 21st Century Teachers Pty Ltd.
You must annually complete the eLearning Child Safety Module compliance.
